PlanIT Group welcomes Doug Mitchell to the team, as SVP of Business Development. Doug is a seasoned professional services executive with significant experience on large scale, Federal, State and commercial implementations. He has worked for product companies, consulting companies and services companies, large and small. Mr. Mitchell has spent most of his career straddling the line between the business and technology, with the focus over the last decade being on government healthcare.

Currently, Mr. Mitchell is responsible for client delivery of Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS), on a Health Enterprise (HE) platform and has supported New Hampshire, North Dakota, New York and Puerto Rico, where he has financial accountability for delivery efforts, new system development, enhancement, and Operations and Maintenance of 600+ resources.

Prior to PlanIT Group, Mr. Mitchell was Vice President of Services Delivery for Xerox Business Services (now Conduent). Throughout his career, Mr. Mitchell has displayed exceptional critical thinking, discipline, an appetite for on-time delivery, and has a proven ability to grow relationships and expand business.
