Chief Administrative Officer

Thomas Paul Hoshko has over twenty years of management consulting experience, specifically in the IT professional services industry as well as the Federal contracting arena. His experience extends across all business functions, including client services, talent acquisition, human resources, security, contracts, compliance, finance, accounting, marketing, vendor management and business process.

As Chief Administrative Officer of PlanIT Group, Mr. Hoshko oversees corporate governance and ensures that the company has the resources and infrastructure available to function efficiently and effectively to achieve its goals. Mr. Hoshko joined PlanIT Group in 2010 upon the start-up of the company, to manage day-to-day operations. In conjunction with corporate growth, he hired and trained department heads and established the company’s infrastructure, policies and procedures.

Prior to joining PlanIT Group, Mr. Hoshko was the Chief Operating Officer of a global IT consulting company, whose revenues exceeded $60M. He was responsible for the global infrastructure, which included business in thirty-two states as well as fourteen countries. The company provided services to Federal and State government, the DoD as well as FORTUNE 1000 companies in the areas of IT, Engineering, Communications and Management Consulting.

Mr. Hoshko earned a Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration and Mass Communications from the University of Florida.
