PlanIT Group, a strategic partner under ChoiSys Technology the prime, was awarded a contract to provide the US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Proponent-Lifelong Learning Center (LLC) Technical Support for the LLC Program. The purpose of the LLC Program is to support a force in transformation by providing relevant, standardized training and education, on demand, to the any Soldier, leader or unit regardless of location, Army-Wide. It specifically addresses that portion of the mission to train and educate the Army’s Soldiers; develop leaders; and support training in units.
The LLC is the technical hub and portal for all Soldier’s and its leaders to access the training, videos, education content, courses, courseware and discussions. The responsibility is to maintain and support the Web Portals, Support Desk and Digital Library functionality, Student Management (database) and Extension Campus support capability, and Blackboard Learn™. PlanIT Group is responsible for these capabilities at the Ft. Leavenworth, KS and Ft. Leonard Wood, MO locations.
LLC Technical Program is currently at the following locations: Ft. Eustis, VA; Ft. Gordon, GA; Ft. Leavenworth, KS; Ft. Leonard Wood, MO; and the Judge Advocate General Legal Center and School (TJAGLCS), Charlottesville, VA.
