PlanIT Group is seeking an Infrastructure Program Manager to support our Federal customer in the Washington, DC area. Desired candidates will have in-depth familiarity with the design, installation, and configuration services regarding Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards to design the most comprehensive framework to address all security, data integrity and privacy concerns . Takes projects from assignment to implementation. Supports management team's efforts in change management. Consult with management and customers regarding product feasibility and viability of network infrastructure plans, designs, and includes emerging technology and product supportability into design and implementation.

Endpoint Technology Engineering Access currently supports the engineering and operational functions associated with Windows Engineering and Active Directory services. These services support over 230,000 active users, 6,000 Windows Servers and three different environments. Endpoint Access is responsible for:
  • Authentication Services (Active Directory and Azure Active Directory)
  • Cyber Mitigation & Security Product Engineering
  • Regulatory Compliance, Reporting & Audit Response
  • Asset Management, Recording & Reporting
  • User management - authentication capability/infrastructure
  • Cloud SSO
  • IAM/PAM integration
  • User GPOs

List of tasks to be performed:
Responsible for managing the entire Scrum process.
Maintaining Scrum artifacts and Scrum Tool.
Takes projects from assignment to implementation.
Supports management team's efforts in change management.
Recommends and takes action to improve processes.
Compiles project data and reports on status of key projects to management.
Consult with management and customers regarding product feasibility and viability of network infrastructure plans, designs, and includes emerging technology and product supportability into design and implementation.
Provide team with data analysis for provisioning orders in bulk to multiple network service providers using Excel and MS Access, some billing reconciliation issues.
Serve as liaison between network engineers, development team and customer management.
Provide advanced support for the diagnosis and resolution of complex problems to ensure minimal disruption of mission-critical systems and applications.
Leads teams and provides day-to-day direction for projects.
Familiarity with the design, installation, and configuration services regarding the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards in order to design the most comprehensive framework to address all security, data integrity and privacy concerns within the Client.
Required Certifications:
Scrum Certification required.
The Scrum Master will heavily be using these skills: communication, leadership, organization, time management, budget management, risk management, problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork.

Required Experience Level:
Minimum of 5-7 years' experience, in technology or software development preferred,
Educational Requirements:
A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is preferred.

(NOTE: If resource does not have a relevant college degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required)
