Technical Requirements:

Must understand infrastructure as a whole, will be working across multiple teams (Integrations / Azure / PMO / NetOps) and needs to have the people management skills to ensure everyone can do what is being asked and put into project plan.
Special Project: Decommissioning their data center. Their current data center (Plainview) is onsite and will be working with NetOps / Azure / Integration team to ensure applications get integrated into Azure.
**Communication: will be working with highest levels of VP's, so must be detail oriented and have clear communication. Understands the need and gets it done without being asked twice. Must drive their own solutions.
Seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager with a strong/ structured IT background. The Sr Project Manager role will be responsible for delivering parallel projects, implementations, and integrations. We need a leader to drive continuous improvement, create efficiency and process improvements. The ability to communicate clearly to all levels of the organization.
Project Duties:
· PMP Certification preferred
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field

Seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager with a strong/ structured IT background. The Sr Project Manager role will be responsible for delivering parallel projects, implementations, and integrations. Project Duties:
- Manage Infrastructure project from inception through delivery
- Azure cloud hosting, data center migrations, NetOps, acquisition migrations
- Understand business initiatives, strategic plans and platform architecture to influence project execution
- Evaluate how system changes will affect other projects, workflows, data, and reporting
- Working with the implementation partners, business and IT to optimize, enhance, unify across our platforms
- Manage product, integration, upgrade and sprit delivery
- PM background specifically with implementing applications
- Extensive background with managing multiple workstreams in a fast pace environment
- Define acceptance criteria in a manner understandable the team
- Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog
- Define sprint and program increment goals and objectives with the team
- Convene and lead technical discussions with engineering as part of articulating and refining requirements and understanding engineering realities
- Communicate trade-offs between customer expectations and engineering realities to Product Management and align on prioritization
- Helps maintain scrum reporting tools and metrics (backlog, charts)
- Validate value and outcomes for our customers
- Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Perform risk management to minimize impacts and identify areas for improvement
- Establish and maintain relationships with teams, stakeholders and vendors
- Bring proven SDLC knowledge and processes to help streamline workflows
- Requires a unique combination of business acumen, technical expertise and leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be well organized, detail-oriented, meticulous with effective time management
- Strong facilitation skills within teams and ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Balance of technical and business insight; able to communicate what is possible and what will have biggest impact on business.
- Ability to learn quickly - we value flexibility
- 8+ years as Project Manager with Infrastructure guidelines (IAAS, PAAS, SAAS) experience
· PMP Certification preferred
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
