Sets up and conduct tests of electronic assemblies and testing apparatus. Adhering to the following methods, procedures, and standards. Prepare and assemble units for production electronic equipment according to specific designs and configurations.
Adjustment and calibration of systems as required. This may include modifying electronic equipment by adding, removing, or altering components as defined by drawings, BOMs and engineering requirements.
Troubleshoot assets by replacing parts or components as required. This will require the use of small power and hand tools, as well as various testing and measurement devices to perform job responsibilities.
Determination of tests to be performed on equipment for fleet and engineering support. Development and modification of test procedures for building, testing and storage of legacy equipment and apparatus.
Analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to draw valid conclusions from data while working to diagnose and troubleshoot electronic problems using technical documentation. Inspect, install, maintain, test, troubleshoot & repair electronic systems and components of Production and Customer owned equipment.
Construct, troubleshoot, test, diagnose / repair and maintain equipment, components, devices of legacy and current system variations. Review test procedures, data, and technical documents to provide feedback and recommend improvements to process.
