The services provided will include thorough knowledge of legal research resources to using LEXIS and Westlaw. PLANIT Group will be required to encapsulate a familiarity with e-discovery procedures, financial background reviews of securities and Residential Mortgage Backed Securities analysis, along with the ability to review and perform in depth review and analysis of that financial data. PLANIT’s daily responsibilities include drafting reports, memoranda, and preparation of motions/briefs. All individuals on this project have a JD with a minimum of 3 years post education experience.
