| Job Description: | This role handles the behind-the-scenes execution, coordination and delivery of recruiting support services to our client and customer groups. You'll keep your clients/customers organized, ensuring that all activities are executed according to the established process, and provide support through a variety of tasks: - Schedules/coordinates interview requests for hiring organizations. - Assists in coordination of candidate travel if/when necessary. - Monitors the completion of candidate background investigations and pre-employment requirements, ensuring completion. - Executes the employee on-boarding process, from a candidate's acceptance through the first week report-to-work date. - Maintains talent acquisition files pertaining to transactional occurrences. - Ensuring I9 completions for all new hires. - Provide support for ad hoc business needs -Coordinating interviews with Managers in Leo system -Integrating (onboarding) candidates -Auditing requests for errors Basic Requirements: -2+ years' experience c -2+ years' experience processing I9 forms -No degree required (high school diploma okay) -BrassRing and Leo system experience (nice to have) -Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve with candidates. -Attention to detail -4+ years' experience with Microsoft Office (specifically Teams experience) -1+ year Conference Call Coordination experience -1+ year Ability to meet deadlines experience -1+ year Relationship Building experience First Shift hours for position: 6:00am-4:30pm CST |
