We are seeking a Harness Board Assembler who can build highdensity wiretoboard assemblies by interpreting complex wiring diagrams and engineering drawings, cutting wires to precise lengths, and using Molex and Daniels crimp tools (preferred) to terminate contacts, install connectors, and torque backshells to meet Class 3 IPC/WHMAA620ES standards.
The role requires at least two years of harnessboard experience, strong proficiency with crimping tools, and the ability to perform continuity and insulation testing, soldering, and torque verification; spaceaddendum experience is also preferred.
The assembler will sit or stand at the harness board for up to 10 hours per shift, must be able to lift up to 30 lb, work safely in a production environment, and consistently achieve high firstpass yield, accurate wirecut tolerance, and ontime delivery while supporting continuousimprovement and prototype work.
