The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks in manufacturing and final assembly, including:
• Build and populate electronics subassemblies
• Routing cables and conducting continuity and resistance checks.
• Perform pressure, Hi-Pot and impedance test and preparing units for customer delivery.
• Assisting with customer and quality inspections
• To accomplish these tasks, the candidate will work from a range of instructional materials, including engineering drawings, electronic work instructions, and written or verbal instructions.
They will also operate various equipment, such as:
• Torque wrenches and small hand tools
• Hand trucks and specialized testing equipment, including pressure test stations and High Pot testers.
• Additionally, the candidate will work with a variety of compounds and solutions, including epoxies, isopropyl, acetone,
and other corrosive chemicals.
Administrative and Safety Responsibilities:
• Working in the manufacturing floor will require ESD adherence and some PPE such as safety glasses and ESD equipment.
• The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, including time recording and safety training.
Computer Skills:
• The candidate will use a computer to access work instructions, log discrepancies and issues, record time, schedule
tasks, and communicate with colleagues and management via email.
