Functional Kronos Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Kronos Functional Consultant with expertise in key Kronos modules. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge and the ability to work independently on configuration and functional tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage pay policies and accruals
- Create and maintain DataViews and reports based on business needs
- Configure and validate Employee Self-Service (ESS) components
- Manage timekeeping processes and ensure accurate setup
- Configure approvals and workflow processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver functional requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) or UKG Dimensions
- Strong understanding of accruals, pay rules, schedules, and time tracking
- Experience with DataViews, custom reports, and workflow configurations
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience working with global teams is a plus
