The client is looking for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Design Engineer to support the Orlando, FL site.

This candidate will be responsible for the hardware development for military electronics housed within flight worthy assemblies including CCAs and harnesses.
Activities will require cross-functional coordination to complete hardware design efforts and support integration efforts for the designated electronic system.
The selected candidate will research, develop, design component equipment, and design networks for military application.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of conceptual and detail design skills, knowledge of mechanical drawing standards and experience with detail, assembly, and installation type drawings.
This candidate will support CCA/ PCB and cable/harness design and documentation.

Required Experience:
- PTC Creo / Windchill: 3-6 years
- Interconnector and wiring diagram: 3-6 years
- Technical Drawing (ASME Y14.5) creation: 3-6 years
- Experience with CREO, Catia, or similar 3D modeling software.
- Hardware prototype experience, such as 3D printing.
- Experience with creating hardware drawings, drawing instructions, assembly instructions, Bill of Material (BOM), technical documentation, test documentation, etc. using CAD tools.

- And one of the following:
- Cable and Harness Design: 3-6 years
- PCB/CCA Mechanical Packaging (Stress/Thermal and Mil-STD-461/464 familiarity): 3-6 years
