Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role
- Assists with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and HR compliance
- Knowledge of Employment Laws
- Strong ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (Oracle preferred)
- Comfortable working in a construction/office environment
- For this role, we would prefer someone more industry aligned to a high-volume labor/construction environment (No healthcare or hospitality)
- Familiar supporting a fast‐paced workforce of field technicians, safety personnel, and construction teams, with the ability to manage competing priorities across field and office environments.
