Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) & Marketing Consultant to design, implement, and optimize customer engagement and marketing automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules, particularly Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys (formerly Dynamics 365 Marketing), and will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives for sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
This role requires strong functional knowledge, technical proficiency, and client-facing consulting experience.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Implementation
-
Lead end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.

Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys including:
-
Customer journeys (real-time & outbound)
-
Email marketing and templates
-
Lead scoring models
-
Segmentation and dynamic lists
-
Event management
-
Forms and landing pages
-

Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, Power Platform, external marketing tools).

Design data models and ensure proper marketing data governance and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
Business Analysis & Consulting
-
Gather and document business requirements.
-
Translate marketing and sales processes into scalable system solutions.
-
Provide best practice guidance on marketing automation strategy and customer engagement.
-
Conduct solution demos, workshops, and training sessions.
Technical Development
-
Customize entities, workflows, plugins, and Power Automate flows.
-
Develop integrations using APIs and connectors.
-
Configure dashboards and reports (Power BI integration preferred).

Support data migration and system upgrades.
Testing & Support
-
Develop test plans and perform system testing.
-
Provide post-go-live support and optimization.
-
Troubleshoot performance and integration issues.
Required Qualifications
-
3–7+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

Proven hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys.

Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM processes, and customer lifecycle management.

Experience with:

Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
