Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen with a Tier 2 Public Trust Clearance
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
- 12+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS experience across relevant modules
- 2+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Field Service pillars
- Deep understanding of data migration strategies, configurations, and reporting solutions
- Experience in both federal and commercial environments highly preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Cloud Certification (e.g., SCM, Financials, Field Service)
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ADF, or PaaS tools
- Knowledge of DOE, DOD, or other federal compliance/security frameworks
- Experience with OBIEE and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
