DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pardot Strategy & Execution
  • Manage the multiple internal and external Pardot instances, including setup, configuration, ongoing support and optimization
  • Develop and implement automated engagement programs such as drip campaigns, lead nurturing, and segmentation
  • Align Pardot workflows with broader marketing and sales objectives
  • Assist with the Project Management of large-scale Pardot initiatives from kick-off to completion.
Campaign Management
  • Build and deploy email campaigns, landing pages, and forms within Pardot
  • Build and define client/prospect automated nurture campaigns and identify additional touchpoints that can lead to cross-sell opportunities
  • Perform day-to-day system updates and troubleshooting issues related to emails
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics (CTR, open rates, conversions)
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations including GDPR and CAN-SPAM
  • Be an internal subject matter expert for email marketing best practices for best end-user experience
List Management Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage dynamic and static lists to support targeted marketing campaigns and lead nurturing programs
  • Maintain data hygiene by auditing contact records, removing duplicates, and ensuring accurate segmentation
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations by managing opt-in/opt-out preferences and suppression lists
  • Collaborate with CRM administrators to ensure seamless data integration and resolve sync issues between Pardot and Salesforce
  • Prepare and validate audience lists for campaign launches, A/B testing, and performance tracking
  • Continuously refine segmentation strategies based on campaign analytics and evolving business needs
Lead Lifecycle & CRM Integration
  • Manage lead scoring and grading models to improve sales handoff efficiency
  • Collaborate with Salesforce CRM administrators to ensure seamless data flow and reporting
  • Maintain data integrity and troubleshoot sync issues between Pardot, Salesforce and any 3rd party platform integrations.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Create dashboards and reports to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Continuously test and refine strategies based on performance data
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing
  • 3+ years of day-to-day hands-on experience with Pardot and Salesforce CRM
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing funnels and customer journey mapping
  • Experience working in an Agile Project Management Corporate Environment
  • Experience with HTML/CSS is required
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making
  • Strong ability for critical thinking, attention to detail and quality
  • Enthusiasm for staying current with marketing technology trends
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and effectively manage time while juggling multiple projects and responsibilities
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility in a rapidly changing environment is critical

Education and Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or information technology
  • Pardot, Marketing Cloud, and/or Salesforce certifications required
