Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps) Integration Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Consultant specializing in integration and development to design, build, and migrate enterprise solutions across Microsoft ecosystems. This role will focus heavily on Power Apps and Power Automate development, system integrations, and migration initiatives — particularly transitioning solutions from Dynamics CE environments to Business Central.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform and hands-on experience migrating CRM-driven automation and workflows into ERP-centric environments.

Key Responsibilities

Power Platform Development

• Design and develop Canvas and Model-Driven apps using Microsoft Power Apps.

• Build, optimize, and maintain complex workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.

• Develop custom connectors and API integrations.

• Implement governance, ALM, and DevOps best practices within Power Platform environments.

Integration & Migration

• Lead migration of solutions from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Redesign and migrate Power Automate flows that currently integrate with Dynamics CE into Business Central environments.

• Rebuild or refactor workflows to align with Business Central data structures and processes.

• Integrate Business Central with external systems using APIs, Azure services, and Power Platform connectors.

• Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation between CRM and ERP systems.

Solution Architecture & Technical Design

• Design scalable integration architectures across CRM, ERP, and third-party applications.

• Develop and maintain documentation for system integrations and migration processes.

• Ensure performance optimization, error handling, and monitoring for automation solutions.

• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Testing & Deployment

• Conduct system testing, UAT support, and deployment planning.

• Manage environment strategy (Dev, Test, Prod).

• Support post-migration stabilization and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of hands-on experience with:

  • Microsoft Power Apps

  • Microsoft Power Automate

• Strong experience with:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Proven experience migrating workflows and integrations between CE and Business Central.

• Strong knowledge of:

  • REST APIs

  • OData

  • Azure Logic Apps (preferred)

  • Dataverse architecture

• Experience with data migration, transformation, and integration design.

• Solid understanding of ERP and CRM business processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications such as:

  • PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant)

  • PL-400 (Power Platform Developer)

  • MB-800 (Business Central Functional Consultant)

• Experience with:

  • Azure Integration Services

  • CI/CD pipelines and DevOps for Power Platform

  • Custom AL extensions in Business Central

• Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.
