• Respond to quality concerns associated with supplied parts and materials on the manufacturing production floor and ensure accurate defect documentation
• Perform technical evaluations including product requirements, specifications, models/designs, drawings and procedures.
• Collaborate with supplier quality program representatives to analyze and disposition nonconformances on supplied parts and materials.
• Leverage Tableau dashboards and predictive analytics to monitor production metrics and identify trends for actionable next steps.
• Support on-site supplier activities to facilitate efficient defect resolution.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, preferably in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Desired Skills
• Tableau and other data visualization platforms for quality tracking.
• Working knowledge of inspection techniques, ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and prints, familiarity with GD&T.
• Familiarity with machining and manufacturing practices.
• Experience with electrical assembly commodities such as CCAs, cabling assemblies, and box-level components, and industry standards such as IPC-A-610/J-STD-001, IPC-A-620 and other aerospace
