Requirements and Preferences:
  • 5+ years (a minimum of 2 of those years being high volume)
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for large-scale data center construction projects, meeting aggressive hiring timelines and workforce demands.
  • Manage highvolume hiring
    • Technicians 25 per month
    • Mission critical and leadership roles – 6-9 per month
  • Recruit for positions aligned with ISP, OSP, Division 27 (Communications) specialties, including fiber optic installation, network infrastructure, audiovisual systems, and telecom projects.
  • Manage high‐volume, full‐cycle recruitment for skilled trades and technical roles, including low-voltage technicians, structured cabling installers, data center technicians, project managers, estimators, and field supervisors.
  • Must have skill in interviewing techniques, a basic knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices, excellent organizational, communication and computer skills and a basic understanding of the Company's organization structure as well as working knowledge of Team Member policies and procedures.
  • Highly able to shift priorities and adaptable to change


Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Volume Recruiter to lead and execute high-volume hiring strategies. This role is critical to scaling our workforce efficiently and effectively, ensuring top-tier candidate experiences, and delivering on fast-paced hiring goals. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, manages multiple requisitions, and builds strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of roles across multiple locations.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment efforts to meet aggressive staffing goals.
  • Develop and execute high-impact sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, community outreach, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates quickly to support business needs.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reporting on hiring metrics, funnel progress, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire.
  • Coordinate and participate in high-volume hiring events, open houses, and job fairs as needed.
  • Champion a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
