Requirements:
- 1 year of Recruiting Coordinator experience or related experience as a Project Coordinator
- 2 years' experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced business environment
- Proven success in screening and sourcing candidates for open opportunities
- Associate's degree preferred
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Experience working within Applicant Tracking Systems (Oracle HCM)
- Experience working within SharePoint (preferred)
- Experience using job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Proven ability to work independently
- Takes initiative
- Polished written/verbal communication skills
