Project Duties:
- Document project requirements, assist in creating process and technology solutions, create User Stories, handle UAT, and perform analysis on multiple problems
- Completing data maps
- Operate between the business and technology to ensure all parties are satisfied with the outcome
- Assist with maturing Agile Scrum environment across all platforms
- Facilitate backlog grooming sessions and scrum meetings
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst role
- Strong experience in a software development environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of Agile / Scrum and project management tools
- Proven experience with use case diagrams and process flow creation
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills are a must as documentation and discussion facilitation are a core part of the role
- Experience managing multiple projects and demands with various priorities and deadlines
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Smartsheets, and ServiceNow
- Use of Power Platform- Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.
