PlanIT Group works with a nationwide Network Services Company. We are hiring a Call Center Coordinator, M- F- On-Site. Would you be available? This role is an integral part of the service delivery team and works closely with sales, procurement, finance, service desk, engineers, project management office and technicians to ensure client satisfaction. The roles are contract to hire and pay $19//hour. The company is located in north Austin, 78758.

Call Center Coordinator/Incident Support
M-F (1) opening - Mon-Fri 10:00am-7:00pm - $19/hr
  • Responsible for receiving and managing 1st level inquiries and escalations from initial request throughout the ticket life-cycle to resolution, including facilitating the successful completion of the change of equipment or technology and updating customers and other stakeholders regularly on ongoing open break-fix tickets
  • Plan, coordinate and escalate activities for service tickets to ensure that events are accomplished within the established time frame and budget parameters.
  • Strong computer skills and if you have experience in a call center with service/trouble ticket software that would be ideal
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Desire to work in a fast paced environment
Education / Experience Requirements
High school / GED or equivalent required.
