Technician - Data Center/Network Technician in Phoenix, AZ. 85027
- Racking and stacking of network devices
- Cable patching
- Physical layer troubleshooting
- Equipment disposal activities
- Installing and troubleshooting Cisco and Avaya IP phones
- Work hours: Sunday-Thursday, 3PM-11PM PST
- Must be proficient in utilizing technical tools such as Sniffers, BERT testers, cable testers, and fiber testers.
- Requires experience in working in data centers or communications closets
- Must understand cable patching processes and procedures
- Must be able to assist in troubleshooting issues
- Must understand network terminology
- Must be able to troubleshoot Avaya and Cisco phones
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data communications
- Must have a basic knowledge of Cisco Phones, switches and routers
- Must have a basic knowledge of local and wide area networking.
- High school diploma or equivalent
