The candidate will coordinate the planning and execution of integration projects across Sustainment. The projects will vary between the development of supporting tools, coordinating/executing DR targets, workforce planning, reporting metrics, Earned Value Excellence, organizational change/maturation, and affordability initiatives. The candidate will analyze, coordinate, and manage Sustainment usage of DRs (Overhead, New Business Funds, IT expenses, and Capital Investments) across Sustainment teams/companies. A holistic Sustainment DR picture will be developed with recommendations provided to Sustainment leadership for successfully achieving targets.
Basic Required Qualifications
•Candidate must have at least 3 years experience with managing logistics operations, including inventory management as well as working with various inventory control systems.
• Manager is looking for candidates with at least 3 years Wearhouse experience.
• Candidates must have at least 3 years experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word) and SAP client applications.
• Excellent communication skills and Customer Service orientation
• Ability to interface with a variety of information technology applications to create purchase requirements and to extract data
• Ability to review data and statuses and derive trends
• Ability to prepare and accomplish presentations
Desired Skills
•A high degree of Information Technology skills to allow development of minor software routines to perform data compilation for trends analysis, graphical presentations, and reports generation are preferred.
•Ability to work in a cross-functional IPT environment
•Familiarity with statistical analysis and current modeling tools and techniques.
•Ability to read reports and interpret data
•Experience interacting with management and customers
